Return & Exchange Policy

Duration: Within 14 days of receiving the product.

Conditions:

The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and packaging.

A purchase receipt or proof of payment with the delivery date is required.

A repackaging fee may apply if the product has been unsealed.


Process:

Once received, the product will be inspected to ensure it meets the return and exchange conditions.


Refund or Exchange:

The product will be exchanged for a similar item, or a refund will be issued if the requested product is unavailable.

Returns and exchanges are only processed at the branch.
