Within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
 
✅ Conditions for Return or Exchange:
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging and accessories intact.
• A purchase receipt or proof of payment with the delivery date is required.
• A repackaging fee may apply if the product has been unsealed or the original packaging is damaged.

1.Contact us through our official Facebook/Instagram pages, WhatsApp, or branch phone numbers.
2.Once the product is received, it will be inspected by our team to confirm it meets the return & exchange criteria.
 
💸 Refund or Exchange Options:
• You may exchange the product for a similar item.
• If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
 
📍 Note:
All returns and exchanges are processed at the branch only.
We do not accept returns by delivery or courier.

We only process returns for original Arshia products purchased from our official branches or online pages.
We are not responsible for products purchased from unofficial sellers or resellers.
